Welcome to our Blog.  For well over a decade we have been distributing our newsletter throughout the region (and country).  With several 100,000s in circulation, we were able to share so much insider information, however, it became dated quite quickly.  I must also say our daughters started to have grown weary of licking and stuffing thousands of envelopes.

Over the years I have come up with subjects and inside the industry knowledge that I wished to share but was limited by space and resources.  Well the blog solves that problem.  If you have read our newsletters, you know that I will share information with you that you won’t get from most builders.  This blog will continue that history.

Some of the topics I will be writing on in the near future include; how our local real estate market got into the predicament we are in, what will happen to new home prices, the potential problems thati will emerge once the Texas Residential Construction Commission is shut down as well as some fun stuff.

This will take time to get the RSS feed and other components up and running so please bear with us.  I promise you when we are fully operational you will be able to wow your friends with the difference in concrete strenght PSIs, benefits of open cell foam over soft cell foam and comments about my hat I wear to on every trip to Disney.
